Credentials & Background
I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and bring over six years of experience in higher education leadership including six years as my institution’s recognized expert on professional licensure.
As Program Director and now Associate Director of Clinical Training, I’ve advised hundreds of pre-licensed clinicians on licensure pathways for LMFT, LPCC, and Psychologist credentials. I’ve guided curriculum redesigns, trained faculty on compliance and supervision, and consulted with other universities navigating accreditation, program restructuring, and regulatory audits.
My approach to licensure consulting is not just technical, it’s structural and soul-aligned. I center clarity, care, and ethical integrity, with a deep understanding of DEIB-informed policy design and how to build systems that serve both state standards and the human beings inside them.

Disclaimer: am not a licensed psychologist and do not provide psychological services or psychotherapy. My consulting services are focused on supporting educational institutions, clinical training programs, and professionals navigating the regulatory and structural aspects of licensure and clinical education. These services are educational and consultative in nature.
